Cha-Cha Hotel is one of the only hotels on Koh Lanta with a nightclub, offering happy hour and pub crawls for guests. The saltwater pool, set among sun loungers and a shallow end, serves as the central hub of the 11-room property. A tour desk in the reception area arranges scooter rentals, laundry service, and excursions such as 4-island tours, diving, and snorkeling.

All 11 rooms are located by the saltwater pool, with four Family rooms on the first floor and six Double rooms on the top floor. The largest Family room occupies the top floor and includes a double bed and a solid bunk bed for children. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, terrace or balcony, mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker, and safety deposit box.

The hotel sits less than 100 meters from Klong Khong Beach, a 2-minute walk to the shore with sunset views and nearby bars and restaurants. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, Secret Beach, and Long Beach are all within short driving distance. An airport shuttle service is available, and the hotel is 15 minutes from the east coast's sunrise points and Old Town.

The on-site restaurant and bar opens daily for breakfast, offering a choice of four different breakfast packages plus lattes and cocktails. Guests can order packed lunches for excursions by notifying the staff in advance. The bar serves beer and drinks before heading to the beach, which is a 60-meter walk from the property.

Family rooms with bunk beds and poolside access cater to groups with children, and the hotel's small size fosters a personal atmosphere. Pets are allowed at Cha-Cha Hotel, making it one of the few pet-friendly accommodations in the area. The property also provides accessibility features for all sexual orientations and identities.
